- Types of threads, their evolution;
- The composition of the threads: absorbable and permanent, the effect of the thread material on the surrounding tissues;
- Preparation of a manipulation room for threadlifting: septic and aseptic rules, a set of necessary instruments, sterilization rules.

Schemes for the use of various types of threads
- Areas for correction with threads: eyebrows, nose, zygomatic region, flews, mandible line, neck, decollete, abdomen;
- Schemes for the use of various types of threads on one zone, the rules for choosing the points of insertion of threads, anesthesia and its features.

Post-procedural care rules
- Correction of edema and hematomas, bandage;
- Complication of threadlifting: inflammatory, infectious, pain syndrome, fibrosis, migration and contouring of threads.

Treatment and prevention of complications
- Signs of correct and complicated thread position;
- Treatment methods and protocol for preventing complications.
