- General indications and contraindications for massage during pregnancy;
- At what week of pregnancy you can begin to massage, at what week the massage procedures should be stopped;
- What types of massage can be performed by pregnant women in different trimesters of pregnancy.
3 ac. hours
Massage techniques
- Massage in the 2nd and 3rd trimester;
- Massage for toxicosis, edema, contractions;
- Massage after childbirth;
- Exercise therapy for pelvic presentation, with postponed pregnancy;
- Breast massage during feeding and lactation.
3 ac. hours
Practice
- To reduce the load on the spine;
- To prevent stretch marks and increase skin elasticity;
- To improve the psycho-emotional state of the pregnant woman.
